Service providers

At the moment we cover the greater Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del
Cabo Area. (More to come!)

At CC we work every day to find the best professionals in your area.
Our providers are All *CCVerified. They have all gone through a very
rigorous selection process that includes, Address Verification,
References, Criminal Background Check, ID Verification, and more! In
addition, all providers receive on-going training developed by our CC


Credit and debit; including Visa, Master Card, and American Express. 

For your safety and that of the providers, payments are made comfortably with your credit card. However, we are underway with an additional option coming soon which will allow our customers to pay in cash at any local OXXO store!

Satisfaction Guarantee / Cancellations

We do our best to serve you in the way you and your family deserve. In case you are not satisfied with the CC service, contact us immediately (within the first 14 days with no more than 1 service performed) and CABO SAN LUCAS, MX. – WWW.CABOCONNECT.ME – (624) 235-3979 your membership money will be fully refunded. If 2 services or more have been performed and you wish to cancel, you will be charged only the a la carte service fee of $22 USD per service call and any remaining paid membership charge will be returned to you within 3 business days after your cancellation is received.

Of course! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you can do it through the website or by calling your CC assistant. If you have any questions, you can find us through live chat, email us at info@caboconnect.me, or through WhatsApp or SMS message. Changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, so that your provider has the opportunity to accept another service. Services canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $10 USD charge.


For your safety and that of the providers, they are not allowed to work without someone home. You can schedule an appointment from 8am Until 8pm, so you can decide what time you prefer to receive the service. We recommend that when a provider comes to visit you, a person over the age of 18 is present so that you can explain what you want them to focus on during their visit, if you need help, you can also contact your CC assistant to request personalized bilingual assistance.

Notify us of the situation during the next 24 hours of service so that we can resolve the incident in the best way possible.
